Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) for most clients — it connects to everything, your team has free access, no per-seat fees. We’ve also built in Tableau and Domo when clients have those.

Can our team access the dashboard?

Yes — 24/7, on any device, with role-based views. Clinical leadership sees one cut, marketing sees another, finance sees another. One source of truth, multiple lenses.

How is data sourced?

Direct connections to your marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, GA4), your CRM, and your practice management system where possible. Manual entry only when there’s no API.

What if we want a custom metric?

Custom metrics are common. We work with your team to define what to track and build the dashboard view. Most custom metrics can be added within a sprint.

Will the dashboard work with our existing tools?

Yes. The dashboard is built on top of what you already have — it doesn’t replace your tools, it aggregates them. We connect to most major healthcare and marketing platforms.
